Despite these conditions, the machines have been operating continuously since December, handling thousands of returns every day.

This project required an individual approach, detailed analysis, and the implementation of a solution adapted to a high-traffic, intensively operating facility.

The machines have been placed near the ticket counters and in the food court area — exactly where returning containers is most natural and convenient for visitors.
This type of placement helps simplify the entire process and maximize user convenience.

of the deposit system with Suntago wristbands.
As part of the implementation, we also developed a dedicated integration of the deposit system with the wristbands used throughout the facility.
Thanks to this, guests do not need to keep receipts or printed vouchers.
The deposit value is recorded directly on the wristband and can be:
✔ settled upon exit
✔ used on-site
This solution significantly simplifies the entire process and improves user convenience.
