How it works
How it works in practice
VERTICAL XL uses a rotary storage system and controlled access doors to dispense heavier parts. The system enables user identification, selection of components, retrieval from the appropriate slot, and real-time recording of withdrawals.

Support for QR codes, barcodes, RFID, key fobs, magnetic stripe cards, and microchips.

Tool or material selection
The user selects items via a 17-inch touchscreen panel.

Retrieval from the rotary storage system
The machine rotates the storage unit and opens the doors (20 automatic doors, 3 opening levels), allowing components to be retrieved.

Registration and data update
Withdrawals are recorded in the system, which updates inventory levels and provides reports.
