How it works
Dispensing process in 4 steps
MINI M automates the dispensing of tools and consumables, eliminating the need for manual distribution and warehouse involvement. The system records withdrawals in real time and provides data to departments responsible for production processes and maintenance.

User identification
The employee identifies themselves using a barcode, QR code, or RFID, allowing withdrawals to be assigned to a specific person and workstation.

Tool or material selection
On the touchscreen, the user selects the required items: tools, spare parts, or assembly components.

Dispensing from the machine
The machine opens the appropriate compartment, allowing items to be retrieved within seconds.

Registration and data update
The withdrawal is recorded in the system, and inventory levels are updated in real time.

System configuration and capacity
MINI M can be configured and reconfigured thanks to a modular pocket system with variable dimensions and the option to expand with additional modules.
Pockets are available in sizes ranging from 40×60×300 mm to 720×800×300 mm, allowing storage of both tools and small materials as well as assembly components.
Bulk materials (e.g. screws, nuts) can be stored in reusable Toolbox containers 60×80×300.
