BHP MAT24 – personal protective equipment management
Automated dispensing and control of personal protective equipment in companies, with 24/7 access and full usage history at the employee, department, and organization levels.
What is it used for?
BHP MAT24 supports HSE, maintenance, and logistics departments in the distribution of personal protective equipment. It replaces manual dispensing of gloves, masks, goggles, and accessories, ensuring order, control, and real-time access to data.

How does it work?
PPE dispensing process in 4 steps
BHP MAT24 automates the dispensing of personal protective equipment within the company, reducing the need for warehouse handling and increasing material availability. The employee identifies themselves, selects the required items, collects them from the machine, and the system records the transaction and updates stock levels in real time. This gives HSE and maintenance departments full control over consumption and inventory.
01.
Employee identification
The employee identifies themselves using a barcode or QR code, allowing withdrawals to be assigned to a specific person and department. The system can apply limits and material access rules depending on the role or position.
02.
Selection of protective equipment
Using the touchscreen, the employee selects the appropriate personal protective equipment — e.g. gloves, goggles, masks, or small items. The system displays available items and their quantities.
03.
Dispensing from the machine
After confirming the selection, the machine opens the appropriate compartment and allows the item to be collected. The entire process takes a few seconds and is available 24/7, including outside warehouse working hours.
04.
Registration and data update
The withdrawal is automatically recorded in the system, and stock levels are updated in real time. The HSE department has access to reports, usage history, and low-stock alerts.
