HARDWARE MODELS
MAT24 machines handle the physical storage and dispensing of materials, tools, and protective equipment. Each model is designed for a specific type of inventory — from loose materials and small components to larger parts and heavier equipment. The models can operate independently or be combined into sets.
TOOLMANAGER SOFTWARE
ToolManager is the central software managing the system. It allows assigning user permissions, controlling withdrawals and returns, monitoring inventory levels, handling orders, and performing cost analysis. The panel is accessible via the cloud or LAN from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
MASTER + SLAVE ARCHITECTURE
The Master + Slave architecture allows the system to scale with the growth of the facility. One Master machine can manage up to 9 Slave devices, increasing capacity without interfering with existing infrastructure. The configuration can be tailored to a department, production line, or the entire facility.
