4VS RVM machines are adapted to operate within the nationwide deposit system. We integrate the devices with POS systems, deposit handling systems, operator applications, and settlement processes. We support implementation from both technical and legal perspectives to ensure compliance with new regulations.

360° container recognition
The machines are equipped with a 360° scanning system that identifies packaging in real time based on barcodes (EAN-13, EAN-8, DataMatrix, QR), as well as shape, weight, capacity (0.1–3 L), and deposit system markings. The entire process is rotation-free.
Segregacja odpadów
Compression function – ensures maximum and efficient use of the machine’s container capacity. User convenience – the ability to return bottles with caps improves hygiene and simplifies operation; machines accept up to 45 bottles/min. Separation – available as an optional feature.
Power supply and interface
Power supply and communication – the machine requires only standard 230V power and offers advanced connectivity options: LAN (Ethernet), standard XML data interface, and a built-in LTE router.
User-friendly
Operation and service – a video guide on a 17-inch display and easy access to all components make cleaning and maintenance simple; additionally, the machine allows quick and easy emptying.
Custom design
Customization – the machine color can be adapted to the client’s needs according to the RAL palette; the LED lighting around the intake opening can also be customized as an integral part of the design.
Thermal printer
Printing system – integrated cutter, paper holder, and paper end sensor; the machine issues confirmation in the form of a receipt, and uncollected printouts are automatically retracted into the device, preventing littering of the surroundings.
Outdoor version
Outdoor operation – the machine is equipped with components enabling outdoor use, such as a canopy, seals, and a heating system, ensuring reliable operation in various weather conditions.
Nationwide service network
Service – a network of several service points across Poland enables quick response in case of failure, minimizes downtime, and ensures continuous machine performance in the recycling process.
