RVM 125, RVM 190 and 240
Polish-made, compact vending machines for the collection of empty beverage containers: PET bottles with a capacity of up to 3 litres as well as aluminium and steel cans with a capacity of up to 1 litre.
Compact,
Advanced and Efficient
The RVM 125, 190 and 240 are equipped with the most advanced sensors and technologies that accurately detect a wide variety of PET, aluminium and steel containers, compacting and sorting the material streams separately to ensure the best possible recycling process. With their compact dimensions, the RVM 125 is the optimal choice for markets with small to medium space and are ideally suited for free-standing, flexible positioning due to their sophisticated and clean design. 
360° recognition unit
The RVMs  are equipped with a 360° recognition system that identifies the type of container by barcode (1D EAN 13, EAN 8 and 2D Datamatrix, QR codes). It also recognises their shape & weight, their capacity (from 0.1 litres to 3 litres) and the marking of the deposit system. The camera image processing takes place in real time and the detection of barcodes, weight and shape takes place rotationless.
Compaction
‍Compaction function - makes maximum and efficient use of the available space in the collection containers.
‍Convenience of use - bottles can be thrown in with the cap on, which increases hygiene and makes the device easy to use. The RVM  accepts up to 45 bottles per minute.
Separation - possible as an additional option
Power supply and communication
All RVMs only require a 230 V power supply. The RVM comes with extensive communication options: LAN (Ethernet), Standard XML data interface and built-in LTE router.
Intuitive to use
The video instructions on the 17" display and easy access to all components make cleaning, emptying and maintenance very simple. This relieves the store staff so that they can quickly get back to their core tasks.
Individual design
The colour of the RVM can be customised and is available in all RAL colours. An  individual design according to the customer’s wishes is possible on all four sides of the machine by applying digital printing film.
Thermal printer
Thermal printer with integrated paper cutter, paper holder and end-of-paper sensor. Unclaimed receipts are retracted inside the vending machine, so there are no scattered, unclaimed receipts around the machine.
Made in Poland
For Vending Solutions RVMs are manufactured in Poland using German camera-based recognition technology with more than 20 years of experience at DRS (Dansk Retursystem) in Denmark and DPG (Deutsche Pfandgesellschaft) in Germany.
Outdoor version
The machine is equipped with additional elements to ensure operation in outdoor conditions (canopy, seals, heater, etc.).
Nationwide service network
There are more than a dozen service points throughout Poland, allowing a rapid response in the event of a breakdown, minimising machine downtime and ensuring its continued effectiveness in the recycling process.
